Segan do Avharin a'Roos is a [[Murandian]] noblewoman. She is dark-eyed and slender with long hair and full lips ({{tpod|17}}; {{ch8|18}}).

She is one of the heads of the Murandian delegation that meets with the [[Andor]]an nobles and the Hall of the [[Salidar Aes Sedai|rebel Aes Sedai]] on The Feast of Abram ({{tpod|17}}). After the formal meeting, she questions [[Egwene]] about the truth of the open novice book and if she really intends to accept any woman of any age at all ({{tpod|18}}).
