The Tower of Ravens, located in Seandar is the central prison of Seanchan and where members of the Blood are imprisoned, questioned and executed. It serves as headquarters for the Seekers for Truth. Prophecy said that it would be broken, and this has occurred (ToM, Ch. 1)
