Damelle was an Ogier author. She was the daughter of Ala and the granddaughter of Soferra. She wrote about how difficult it is to destroy Waygates and the known attempts at destroying them; Loial quotes Damelle to Perrin when Perrin asks him to destroy the Waygate in the Two Rivers (TSR, Ch. 43).
