Mikhel Najirah is a Banner-General of the Seanchan forces and acts as a messenger for the Captain-General Galgan. He is a lanky and graying man in blue-and-yellow armor with a helmet bearing three thin blue plumes, which means his message is important.
He escorts the High Lady Suroth to the Captain-General Galgan's rooms.
