Haesel is a servant at the Tarasin Palace in Ebou Dar. She is slim and young with short black hair, a sweetly pretty face, silken olive skin and big black eyes (ACoS, Ch. 16).
When Mat wants to see Nynaeve and Elayne, Haesel escorts him to Jen (ACoS, Ch. 16).
