General
This Department handles all of the official real life events in the Tower calendar.
History
In May 2009 the Department of Events and Conferences was officially created with Serinia Sedai taking the lead as its first Director. Serinia was originally Mistress of Revels - North America and it was agreed that the Tower could not risk losing her wealth of knowledge and experience. After the creation of the Department, it's membership has grown to relieve the stress of so many events each year.
Positions
The Department now contains 1 Executive, 4 Administrators, and 4 permanent staff who oversee 7 real life events each year: Anni, Fall Ball, Winter Euro, Summer Euro, Dragon*Con, Jordan*Con, and Aussie.
Every event is supported by various committees and local liaisons who assist the departmental teams till their event is fulfilled and provide much needed support.
