There ought to be an "Administrative and Staff positions" page

It would have links to

This page itself should be re-written as a summary of the changes in admin personel/positions.

Organisation of the pages should be something like: Tower Organisation

Links to Administrative and Staff positions

Links to (outlined above)

I'll have a go at modifying the Tower Organisation Page

-This page should probably be either retitled or expanded as it doesn't really do what the title suggests. The final link "Administration History" is to a page on changes in structure not personel, so should be changed to one of the others.
