Barklan Tower is one of the border towers in Kandor. It is north of Heeth Tower and does not respond when they are sent a flash after the apparent fall of Rena Tower, so Malenarin Rai suspects it might have already fallen and that the Trollocs might have gone round Heeth to attack from all sides.
