The Amyrlin's Tournament is an annual event held at the Anniversary Party, consisting of several competitions in physical or mental prowess. Past Tournament events have included fencing, foot races, obstacle courses, traditional/arm/sumo wrestling, trivia, and speed chess. The winner earns a Merit Badge

The all-around winner of each tournament receives the title Amyrlin's Champion for the next year. Also, due to being the oldest, most "fun to watch", and the only consistently recurring competition of the Tournament, fencing is held in particular regard at events; winners of the fencing competition receive the lifetime honor of Blademaster.
