Band of the Red Hand Character List

Alhandrin: A Captain in the Band of the Red Hand (LoC, Ch. 5).
Belvyn: A Redarm in the Band of the Red Hand (LoC, Ch. 44). He is guarding Nynaeve in Ebou Dar while she takes a ship out to meet with the Sea Folk. He is killed when Moghedien balefires the boat (ACoS, Ch. 37).
Carlomin: A young Tairen lord, Carlomin joins the Band of the Red Hand and becomes a Captain. He leads the 4th Squadron who call themselves “Carlomin’s Leopards” (TSR, Ch. 2; LoC, Ch. 5).
Chel Vanin: A fat, balding, gap-toothed man from Maerone in Andor. Formerly a poacher and thief in the Band, Mat recruits him and makes him his Head Scout (LoC, Ch. 22).
Corevin: A thick Cairhienin man with a big nose and tattoos; Corevin is killed in the fighting when Mat, Elayne and Nynaeve retrieve the Bowl of Winds (ACoS, Ch. 17; ACoS, Ch. 38).
Daerid Ondin: A former commander of Cairhienin pikemen, Daerid joins the Band after Mat helps them win the fight against the Shaido (TFoH, Ch. 43; TFoH, Ch. 44). Mat puts Daerid in charge of the Band’s foot soldiers (LoC, Ch. 5).
Edorion Selorna: A young Tairen lord, Edorion becomes a Captain in the Band after the battle with the Shaido (TFoH, Ch. 30; LoC, Ch. 5). After the Band completes its commission with King Roedran of Murandy, Edorion accompanies Talmanes to Altara to reunite with Mat (KoD, Ch. 26).
Estean Andiama: A young Tairen lord, Estean joins the Band after Mat helps them win the fight against the Shaido (TFoH, Ch. 43; TFoH, Ch. 44).
Fergin: A Redarm in the Band of the Red Hand, Fergin is a good soldier but not very bright (WH, Ch. 17). Fergin accompanies Mat when he leaves Ebou Dar and travels with Valan Luca’s circus (CoT, Ch. 1).
Gorderan: A Tairen with broad shoulders and gray eyes, Gorderan is a Redarm in the Band (CoT, Ch. 28). Gorderan accompanies Mat when he leaves Ebou Dar and travels with Valan Luca’s circus (CoT, Ch. 1).
Harnan: A Tairen, Harnan is a Redarm and fileleader in the Band. Harnan survives the attack of the gholam when Mat, Elayne and Nynaeve retrieve the Bowl of Winds; he then accompanies Mat when he leaves Ebou Dar and travels with Valan Luca’s circus (ACoS, Ch. 38; CoT, Ch. 1).
Ladwin: A short, stocky, mild-seeming man, Ladwin is a Scout in the Band of the Red Hand (LoC, Ch. 40).
Lawdrin Mendair: A Redarm in the Band of the Red Hand, Lawdrin accompanies Mat to Ebou Dar. He is killed in the fighting when Mat, Elayne and Nynaeve retrieve the Bowl of Winds (ACoS, Ch. 37; ACoS, Ch. 38).
Lawtin: A Redarm in the Band of the Red Hand (ACoS, Ch. 37). He is guarding Nynaeve in Ebou Dar while she takes a ship out to meet with the Sea Folks. He is killed when Moghedien balefires the boat (ACoS, Ch. 37).
Mar: Tall and lanky with a rough face, Mar is a Scout in the Band of the Red Hand (LoC, Ch. 40).
Meresin Daganred: A Cairhinin nobleman, Meresin becomes a Captain in the Band after the battle with the Shaido (TFoH, Ch. 30; LoC, Ch. 5).
Metwyn: An older Cairhienin and an excellent swordsman, Metwyn is a Redarm in the Band. Metwyn accompanies Mat when he leaves Ebou Dar and travels with Valan Luca’s circus (CoT, Ch. 1).
Nalesean Aldiaya: A young Tairen nobleman and former leader of Tairen cavalry, Nalesean joins the Band after Mat helps them win the fight against the Shaido (TFoH, Ch. 43; TFoH, Ch. 44). He is killed in the fighting when Mat, Elayne and Nynaeve retrieve the Bowl of Winds in Ebou Dar (ACoS, Ch. 37; ACoS, Ch. 38).
Reimon: A young Tairen lord with broad shoulders and a dark beard trimmed to a point, Reimon becomes a Captain in the Band after the battle with the Shaido (TFoH, Ch. 30; LoC, Ch. 5). After the Band completes its commission with King Roedran of Murandy, Reimon accompanies Talmanes to Altara to reunite with Mat (KoD, Ch. 26)
Tad Kandel: An Andoran Redarm in the Band of the Red Hand, Tad accompanies Mat to Ebou Dar. He is killed in the fighting when Mat, Elayne and Nynaeve retrieve the Bowl of Winds (ACoS, Ch. 37; ACoS, Ch. 38).
Talmanes Delovinde: A Cairhienin nobleman who joins the Band after the battle with the Shaido, Mat puts him in charge of half the cavalry (TFoH, Ch. 45). When Mat leaves for Ebou Dar, he leaves Talmanes in charge of the Band of the Red Hand with orders to follow the Salidar Aes Sedai (LoC, Ch. 44). After the Band completes its commission with King Roedran of Murandy, Talmanes leads a group of Redarms to Altara to reunite with Mat (KoD, Ch. 26)
Verdin: A squadman in the Band of the Red Hand, Verdin accompanies Mat to Salidar (LoC, Ch. 38; LoC, Ch. 40).
Wat: An Andoran Redarm in the Band of the Red Hand, Tad accompanies Mat to Ebou Dar. He is killed in the fighting when Mat, Elayne and Nynaeve retrieve the Bowl of Winds (ACoS, Ch. 28; ACoS, Ch. 38).
