Bili is an Illianer and the nephew of Nieda Sidoro, the inn-keeper of the Easing the Badger inn in Illian. He is big enough to carry a man with one hand (TGH, Ch. 9). He has thick arms and big hands (TDR, Ch. 42).
Bili is at the inn when Bayle Domon stays there (TGH, Ch. 9).
When Darkfriends attack Perrin, Faile, Lan, Moiraine and Loial, they manage to kill them all before Bili can reach the fight (TDR, Ch. 42). Nieda orders Bili to dump the bodies in the canals, which he does (TDR, Ch. 42; TDR, Ch. 43).
