A lot of people

Some are pretty complete, others just the basic information.

We have the spreadsheet with raising to soldier/Accepted and AS/Gaidin, so that information is very easy for people (at least for those on there for their most recent raising). For joining, we can use their profile on the old boards though anyone from before 2004, their introduction thread on the YUKU boards might be best) and for joining Tower, the "go join the Tower" thread in city Hall and the old boards.

Other information such as events attended, awards and positions can be found from the "what links here" on the left panel

Membership has a more complete spreadsheet, I know because I received the Blue file so I could update the Drupal Who's Who. It has a lot more info on it such as joining tower date to save us actually looking it up (which is what I had been doing until I got HoA).
