Ceiline Noreman is the wife of a merchant from Shol Arbela.

Ryne had been guarding her husband's merchant train from Shol Arbela to Canluum, but Master Noreman was killed and Ryne joined Bukama and Lan rather than going back to Shol Arbela to face Mistress Noreman.
