Cemeille din Selaan Long Eyes is the Shipmistress of Wind Racer. She is young, tall, and lean with a haggard face.

She interrupts the meeting of the First Twelve Wavemistresses to bring the news of the poisoned Amayar. She herself has visited Tremalking and some other islands, where she found dead or dying Amayar.
