General
Dalar is an Ogier woman who spent ten years outside the stedding with the Sea Folk.
Loial tells Rand that Dalar returned safely home (TGH, Ch. 35). Elder Haman tells Rand that Dalar was not completely unharmed by such a long stay outside the stedding -- she had to use a walking stick for the rest of her life, though she did continue to write.
