General
Devore Zarbayan is a Bannerwoman of the Queen's Guard in Andor. She is a slim Saldaean with cool eyes (KoD, Ch. 15).
She is in charge of the Guardswomen who escort Elayne into the Royal Palace when she arrives (KoD, Ch. 15). Deni Colford then replaces Devore and her Guardswomen (KoD, Ch. 16).
