There were branches in every town and city, though smaller villages or towns might have had to just use Aes Sedai's houses, but the main hall, located in Paaran Disen, was an impressive structure, with '"massive columned entrances, large ornate doorways amd polished floors of glowing white elstone. It regulated the Aes Sedai and set the rules governing their conduct, enforcing them when necessary (Template:Bwb3).
