General
Illeisien is an Aes Sedai of the White Tower who was briefly mentioned by Queen Tenobia of Saldaea in "The Path of Daggers".
She is one of the five Aes Sedai to find Queen Tenobia before she left for her meeting with the other rulers of the Borderlands in the Black Hills, and accompanies her (TPoD, Prologue).
