General
Jameine is a seamstress for Valan Luca's Circus. She is willowy and hot-eyed (CoT, Ch. 3).
When Olver is talking to her and some other performers, he tells Jameine that her neck is as graceful as a swan's (WH, Ch. 15).
Mat sees two coatless fighting, with Jameine standing nearby and thinks to himself that she is the cause (CoT, Ch. 3).
