Laigin Arnault is an Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah. She is one of the Sisters sent by Elaida to capture Rand and bring him back to the White Tower (TPoD, Ch. 13).
Laigin is killed in the attempt to bring Rand to the White Tower. Even though Rand thinks that surely she has no right to a place on the list of women he has killed, she is still there (TPoD, Ch. 13).
