Welcome to the final Tar Valon Times of 2015! This edition is the 12th to be published since I joined the TVT staff (first as Assistant Editor, then later as Editor), and what a year it has been!

As 2015 comes to a close we take a look at some holiday traditions and craft ideas as well as a recipe perfect for large gatherings. We reflect on some things we’ve tried this past year, like reading diversely and journaling. We celebrate the release of the last new Wheel of Time book and share some favorite items from the TarValon.Net shop. We also reflect on the events in Paris on Nov. 13 and the plight of child brides in forced marriages.

Whatever holidays you may celebrate over the next month and however you will mark the end of this year and the start of the new one, we at the Tar Valon Times wish you peace and happiness at the close of this year. 2016 here we come!
