At TarValon.Net, we are Servants of All. However, the Tower does not run by itself, and it takes a dedicated staff to keep everything running smoothly. The Departments are:
- Department of Events and Conferences
- Department of Marketing
- Department of Membership
- Department of Online Events
- Department of Outreach
- Department of Technology
- Department of Research and Records
Each of these departments have staff positions, such as writing for the TarValon Times, moderating our forums, organising our free weeks and many more. Our community is full of a wide range of individuals who each bring their own unique experience, perspectives, and skills with them and we are stronger for having that variation. Once you become a Citizen, you are eligible to serve on staff in every department that keeps us running.
