Mintel

General

Mintel is a Sharan man who adopted Demandred in some way, and was a teacher to him. He is old, with a crumpled seeming face, bald and had a short beard. When Demandred is going to complete prophecy, he rides the caprisha through the City of Dreams, allowing him to get there much faster than otherwise possible. Demandred thinks this dangerous, and tells Mintel that he would not have him risk his soul to come see him. He is abrishi (River of Souls)
