Mistress Zigane is a member of the Kin.

She and some other Kinswomen scout the area around Caemlyn for loyal soldiers and find Charlz Guybon just as he is considering fighting his way to the gates. They create a gateway to take him and his soldiers to the Royal Palace. Mistress Zigane becomes angry when he asks her if she is Aes Sedai.
