TarValon.Net regularly has free weeks or days in which some of the rules are relaxed and groups get to dress up, in themes. Those Online Events are organised by the Outreach Activities Team, formerly the Online Events Team. The freeweeks now fall under the category Community Outreach Activities

Events

We currently celebrate two freeweeks during the year, where people traditionally have more freedom to post.

• Bel Tine - Spring Equinox
• Shaoman - Halloween

In addition to that, we celebrate Qaato Nag, a celebration of all birthdays in honour of Harriet McDougal. This celebration usually occurs around Hariet's birthday on August 4th.

Some freeweeks have been retired and are no longer celebrated by the community:

• we used to celebrate Homecoming in October to honor Robert Jordan's birthday. This is now merged into Qaato Nag to celebrate all birthdays.
• we used to celebrate Black Tower Day on March 27
• Sunday - Summer Solstice
• Feast of Lights - Winter Solstice
• Feast of Fools - July/August
