Pel Aydaer is an old man from Emond's Field in the Two Rivers. He is bald. When Perrin was younger, he taught him how to catch a trout with his hands (TSR, Ch. 42). He joins Perrin's army and is sent to Cairhien with Grady to scout (ToM, Ch. 6).
