Seleisin

Seleisin is a place, presumably in Andor that is extremely isolated. Elayne thinks that perhaps there might be a crofter in Seleisin that does not know of the Tower split, but that would be all (WH, Ch. 9). It is also referred to by Moiraine, who remarks on her ignorance on when Tarmon Gai'don might be by saying 'A redbird in Seleisin knows as well as I" (TFoH, Ch. 7)
