How can she have been Head Librarian & Dir of Research and have only 1 article? Is this a mistake?

I suppose, I know you'd write an article and she'd have to code it (which often is a LOT of work, ie the bonding page took me three days to code) so I figured there was plenty for her to do, but still 1 seems... small.
