Going over the version history it looks like this piece of information: "There are some weaves that can only be performed using the True Power (ToM, Prologue)." has been pushed around quite a bit. While I haven't seen the previous discussions about this, I would have categorized this as Misc information. Or at least put it in a new paragraph, otherwise it looks like all of that theory gibberish is based on the ToM Prologue :)
