Once the switch over is complete (ie Adina is no longer Director), we can probably have a subsection of Departments "disbanded Departments"

Guildmasters need to go onto the Moderator time served page, TVT staff either on the Marketing or their own page (and Erin should go on both as an Admin). OE people should probably just be copied over to the new name, though we could just copy the current ones and link to the old ones, stating it used to be called Online Events as part of the defunct department of community Development.
