The Hoop and Arrow is an inn in Caemlyn. The innkeeper is a woman called Millis Fendry. It caters to a much poorer crowd than The Silver Swan.
Reene Harfor informs Elayne that Master Harnder visits the inn every three to four days, after which the innkeeper send s pigeon north. Three of the Aes Sedai, all Brown Ajah, staying at The Silver Swan also visit the inn and meet privately with the innkeeper.
