A similar entry appears in the Wheel of Time Companion confirming the information available in the main story arc.

The Oarsman's Pride is an inn in Ebou Dar overlooking the docks and the river. It has a white tiled roof which is accessible up a railless stairs from the common room.

When Moghedien spots Nynaeve taking a boat on the river, she hurries into the inn and with a weave of Compulsion forces the stout innkeeper to take her to the roof then return to her room and forget she had seen her. Moghedien then uses her vantage point to try to kill Nynaeve with balefire.
