The Ruffled Goose is an inn in Chachin. It is a dusty looking place. The common room has a dirty floor and smells of stale smoke and sour ale. There is no hitching post or rings for horses outside.
Moiraine enters the inn looking for Siuan, who is not there. She leaves Arrow outside and some woman in a red dress attempts to steal her. Moiraine sends her off with a switch of Air.
