I think it would help a little, though we can see when it was added by looking at the last revisoin I use the toolbar above the textbox, the second from the left which says "your signature with a timestamp. You can add a sig from the preferences--Toral, Department Director and subsupreme overlord 12:31, 23 October 2010 (UTC)

You know the little text box that appears when uploading - "Summary"? If you type [[Category:White Images]] etc in then before hitting upload file it saves you having to go back in to edit it. --Kerna 08:58, 29 June 2011 (UTC)

OH! I have been wondering how to avoid going back to edit :o thank you so much, I should have just asked ages ago.
