The Whitecap is a Sea Folk vessel that was involved in taking grain to Arad Doman. When the food apparently spoiled, and Iralin refused permission to unload it, the Sailmistress, Milis den Shalada Three Stars, was forced to stay in the harbor in Bandar Eban until Rand shows most sacks are still good.
