- Friday 9th April 2010
- 3pm – Director of Events, Mistress of Revels, Decorating and Welcome Committee arrive
- 4.30pm - Registration and Welcome will begin
- 6pm – Registration Closes
- 6pm – Dining Committee get going!
- 7pm – 8pm Dinner (and cleanup!)
- 8pm - Official Welcome (very brief!!)
- 8pm – 8.30pm Karaoke Warm-up
- 8.30pm onwards – Euro Idol!
- Saturday 10th April 2010
- 9am Catering team up and going
- 10am - 11am Breakfast (and cleanup!)
- 11am – 1pm Bel Tine Celebrations!
- 1pm – 2pm Lunch
- 2pm – 4pm Bel Tine Celebrations continue
- 4pm – 5pm Free-time / Catering get going again
- 6pm – 7pm Dinner (and Cleanup!)
- 7pm – 7.30pm Free-time (to change as required)
- 7.30pm – 9pm Official Goldschlager toast, Raising and Bonding ceremonies, Recognitions and the
- Costume Competition!
- 9pm Pub Quiz

- 11am – 12pm Site Clearance
- Everyone will be expected to pitch in to help ensure the site is left cleaner than it was when we arrived.
- Everyone will be responsible for their own room.

- 1pm Lunch in the local for those that are interested

This year the Winter party had 28 attendants, with three continents represented! Serinia and Valorian were there from America, and al'Cary from Australia!
