==Who Am I==
I'm a writer of many genres; mainly fantasy and romance. I am obsessed with words in numerous forms and disciplines: languages, historical linguistics, etymology, history of the alphabets, fiction writing, essay writing, journaling, technical writing, graphic design of text, acting through expression of words...I could go on and on. I love words. I love letters. I love studying what they have done throughout time and what they can do for us now and in the future.

I studied ancient languages and civilizations at the University of Iowa. I'm currently a student again, this time for web development (translating Latin or Greek is not a very marketable skill). I love singing and acting. I've taught a theater workshop for elementary school kids.

I also started a Wheel of Time singing group with Eleyan al'Landerin called the Flaming Sisters. We dress up as a Brown and Green Aes Sedai and sing WoT-themed bawdy pub songs (during which we are incredibly dignified) and ballads. We write our own lyrics and most of our own music.

I've also written and directed Wheel of Time Interpretive Dance: The Eye of the World, which was performed at Dragon*Con. I hope to find time to adapt more of the books.

It was nice. I was about 97% certain I was joining Brown but I also loved being a Junior Member. I taught a class on WoT Prophecies as an Accepted and that was awesome.

In 2003, I worked at a bookstore (where I ended up working four years). One of my friends and coworkers used to tease me about loving romance books so much. I made a deal with him: if I read That Series With Which He's So Obsessed, and I finished it in two weeks total, he had to read a romance of my choice.

That series was, of course, The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan. When I started it, I didn't like the fantasy genre. When I finished, I was in love and now it's my favorite genre.

I read all nine books at the time in 12 days (I was a student and it was summer), so I won the bet. He never read the romance book and he has Toh to me for this.

I've attended 3 Dragon*Cons and two anniversary parties. They are awesome and everyone should do it. I also go to many, many local events, mostly in the Michigan area. We have three or four main parties every year, plus smaller ones.

Real Life Events are a great way to truly get to know people and put faces to the posts. Then you can bond even more online!

Not at the time. I do love cats especially, though I'm also partial to dogs. If I were to get another pet, though, it would be a cat again.

==Brown Ajah News and Things==

===Time for congratulations!===

*Congratulations to Cariyad, Who was raised to Aes Sedai this September. Welcome sister! 
*Also to Elandria who as aspired to the Brown Ajah. Apparently we stole her during Dragon Con. 
*This month also has seen a change in Head of Ajah. Thank you Cassie for being and fantastic HoA and congrats and welcome to Adolla as the new HoA! 
*Rinwywn became the new Heart and Aloren the Mind. 

We had two bondings as well.

Rinwyn and Amarande bonded at D*con this year and here are pictures. Congrats you two may your bond last and bring you much joy.

I wonder if this was to show love or to embarrass / annoy said warders. =P

===Shaoman Theme===

This year the Browns had alot of fun with the theme.

We went as a cat heard .. You know the saying 'Like herding a bunch of cats.' referring to a difficult task. Well The idea for using this our shaoman theme came from a quote from Cassie to Adolla about talking over the Brown Ajah.

"Condolences Doll! It's your cat herd now!"

It became an ajah joke so it being the theme was quite amusing. Here is a commercial that the theme was partly based off of.

The first position I held in Brown was Sitter. I took over mid-term for Sela around the time of Anni 2007.

I had served as Sitter twice, was Heart for Serenla twice, and so when she took the job as Director of Membership, it just seemed natural for me to apply for the job as Head. It didn't hurt that I like being in leadership roles.

What do you think you brought to the ajah, how do you feel you affected it for the better? I loved being HoA! The best part was being able to help the Aspirants work toward Senior Membership. If I ever give up my job as Mistress of Revels (also fun when it's not stressing me out) I would more than likely apply to be Head again at some point. It really is a fabulous job to have.

What brought me to the Brown Ajah was meeting Browns in real life. I don't know if I would have actually chosen Brown if I hadn't met Naomi at my first D*Con. And I'm sure I wouldn't have remained if I'd not met several other Browns at 5th Anni. I don't know that being part of the Browns has really changed me any. It's given me a ton of friends, but I'm still the same person I was before I joined the site. I think that's what I love about the Ajah, there is no adaptation needed.

It's been fun so far. Just sorta getting into the swing of things figuring out what I need to do. No big surprises yet.

Well I would hope the ajah stays mostly the same. We may not be the most active ajah but we have a dynamic that works for us.
I mostly want to make sure it keeps working and that we raise people who find us and fit into that dynamic.

Elandria - I've been doing it as long as I can remember.. The first time I can pinpoint was during 6th grade though. Before that.. I can't promise anything.

Aloren - Yeah I read while walking when I am at home... I do that quite well as I know were everything is. (unless I step on a stray toy =P ) In school I used to walk and read but I would run into things and people.

Cassie - I don't read while walking often, but I've never had a problem managing it. I have excellent periphery vision so I can read and still see where I'm going.

Ismene - I can read and walk beautifully. It horrifies my husband. *snickers*

Dune, House Atreides by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson

Frank Herbert's Dune is one of the most acclaimed and classic Sci-fi series of all time. When I read these years ago I enjoyed them greatly and until recently unaware of the books written by his son Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson.So while I was looking for something to read in our house I came across copies of the prequels of Dune. I started Dune, House Atreides hoping that it had the same feel and writing style as the original series. I was not disappointed. The book as well as the two after spans the generation before the first of the original Dune series. We come across familiar characters at a earlier point in time and with more depth into the events leading up to the original books. Herbert's son does a wonderful job at capturing the depth and complexity of the original series, including the insightful quotes at the top of every chapter from historical figures in the Dune world.
Anyone who was a fan of Dune will enjoy the return to the Dune world and new readers could pick these up and then move on to the original series with some ease. I wish I had found them earlier and look forward to reading the rest of the Dune books Frank Herbert's son has authored.

(sorry this review was a little short but I will try for a more in depth review next month)

It's been fun so far. Just sorta getting into the swing of things figuring out what I need to do. No big surprises yet.

Well I would hope the ajah stays mostly the same. We may not be the most active ajah but we have a dynamic that works for us.
I mostly want to make sure it keeps working and that we raise people who find us and fit into that dynamic.

Elandria - I've been doing it as long as I can remember.. The first time I can pinpoint was during 6th grade though. Before that.. I can't promise anything.

Aloren - Yeah I read while walking when I am at home... I do that quite well as I know were everything is. (unless I step on a stray toy =P ) In school I used to walk and read but I would run into things and people.

Cassie - I don't read while walking often, but I've never had a problem managing it. I have excellent periphery vision so I can read and still see where I'm going.

Ismene - I can read and walk beautifully. It horrifies my husband. *snickers*

Darim - I wouldn't even try!

Dune, House Atreides by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson

Frank Herbert's Dune is one of the most acclaimed and classic Sci-fi series of all time.
When I read these years ago I enjoyed them greatly and until recently unaware of the books written by his son Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson.

So while I was looking for something to read in our house I came across copies of the prequels of Dune. I started Dune, House Atreides hoping that it had the same feel and writing style as the original series. I was not disappointed.

The book as well as the two after spans the generation before the first of the original Dune series. We come across familiar characters at a earlier point in time and with more depth into the events leading up to the original books.

Herbert's son does a wonderful job at capturing the depth and complexity of the original series, including the insightful quotes at the top of every chapter from historical figures in the Dune world.

Anyone who was a fan of Dune will enjoy the return to the Dune world and new readers could pick these up and then move on to the original series with some ease.

I wish I had found them earlier and look forward to reading the rest of the Dune books Frank Herbert's son has authored.

(sorry this review was a little short but I will try for a more in depth review next month)

===Time for congratulations!===

*Congratulations to Cariyad, Who was raised to Aes Sedai this September. Welcome sister! 
*Also to Elandria who as aspired to the Brown Ajah. Apparently we stole her during Dragon Con. 
*This month also has seen a change in Head of Ajah. Thank you Cassie for being and fantastic HoA and congrats and welcome to Adolla as the new HoA! 
*Rinwywn became the new Heart and Aloren the Mind. 

We had two bondings as well.

Rinwyn and Amarande bonded at D*con this year and here are pictures. Congrats you two may your bond last and bring you much joy.

===Shaoman Theme===

This year the Browns had alot of fun with the theme.

We went as a cat heard .. You know the saying 'Like herding a bunch of cats.' referring to a difficult task. Well The idea for using this our shaoman theme came from a quote from Cassie to Adolla about talking over the Brown Ajah.

"Condolences Doll! It's your cat herd now!"

It became an ajah joke so it being the theme was quite amusing. Here is a commercial that the theme was partly based off of.

The first position I held in Brown was Sitter. I took over mid-term for Sela around the time of Anni 2007.

I had served as Sitter twice, was Heart for Serenla twice, and so when she took the job as Director of Membership, it just seemed natural for me to apply for the job as Head. It didn't hurt that I like being in leadership roles.

What do you think you brought to the ajah, how do you feel you affected it for the better? I loved being HoA! The best part was being able to help the Aspirants work toward Senior Membership. If I ever give up my job as Mistress of Revels (also fun when it's not stressing me out) I would more than likely apply to be Head again at some point. It really is a fabulous job to have.

What brought me to the Brown Ajah was meeting Browns in real life. I don't know if I would have actually chosen Brown if I hadn't met Naomi at my first D*Con. And I'm sure I wouldn't have remained if I'd not met several other Browns at 5th Anni. I don't know that being part of the Browns has really changed me any. It's given me a ton of friends, but I'm still the same person I was before I joined the site. I think that's what I love about the Ajah, there is no adaptation needed.

Welcome to the Brown's fall issue of the Brown Bulletin.
There has been alot of goings on in brown these past couple of months. So keep reading to be clued in on some of it.

==Brown Ajah News and Things==

===Time for congratulations!===

*Congratulations to Cariyad, Who was raised to Aes Sedai this September. Welcome sister! 
*Also to Elandria who as aspired to the Brown Ajah. Apparently we stole her during Dragon Con. 
*This month also has seen a change in Head of Ajah. Thank you Cassie for being and fantastic HoA and congrats and welcome to Adolla as the new HoA! 
*Rinwywn became the new Heart and Aloren the Mind. 

We had two bondings as well.

Rinwyn and Amarande bonded at D*con this year and here are pictures. Congrats you two may your bond last and bring you much joy.

Sindra and Sataere also bonded this month. I think its a great match .. if they survive it that is. Good luck and joy to the both of you.

Well we have been quite busy editing our wiki headquarters and so we also updated the brown description.

"Several of the Sisters of the Brown Ajah decided it was time to show their warders just how much they love them. Here are some of our poems about our beloved warders."

I wonder if this was to show love or to embarrass / annoy said warders. =P

===Shaoman Theme===

This year the Browns had alot of fun with the theme.

We went as a cat heard .. You know the saying 'Like herding a bunch of cats.' referring to a difficult task. Well The idea for using this our shaoman theme came from a quote from Cassie to Adolla about talking over the Brown Ajah.

"Condolences Doll! It's your cat herd now!"

It became an ajah joke so it being the theme was quite amusing. Here is a commercial that the theme was partly based off of.

We also took over the tower while Mother was gone and covered it in snow cone and yarn.

==Brown Ajah Member of the Month==

Since we are covering two months in this issue we are having two memebers for Member of the Month.
Cassie and Adolla Sedai, to say thank you to the old HoA and celebrate the instalment of a new HoA.

I joined Brown as an Accepted (before guesting) back in late 2005 I think. I was raised to Aes Sedai in Brown at D*Con 2006.

What was your first position in the Brown Ajah? The first position I held in Brown was Sitter. I took over mid-term for Sela around the time of Anni 2007.

'''What made you decide to serve as HoA?''' I had served as Sitter twice, was Heart for Serenla twice, and so when she took the job as Director of Membership, it just seemed natural for me to apply for the job as Head. It didn't hurt that I like being in leadership roles.

'''How was being HoA for you, Do you plan to serve again at a later date?''' What do you think you brought to the ajah, how do you feel you affected it for the better? I loved being HoA! The best part was being able to help the Aspirants work toward Senior Membership. If I ever give up my job as Mistress of Revels (also fun when it's not stressing me out) I would more than likely apply to be Head again at some point. It really is a fabulous job to have.

What brought me to the Brown Ajah was meeting Browns in real life. I don't know if I would have actually chosen Brown if I hadn't met Naomi at my first D*Con. And I'm sure I wouldn't have remained if I'd not met several other Browns at 5th Anni. I don't know that being part of the Browns has really changed me any. It's given me a ton of friends, but I'm still the same person I was before I joined the site. I think that's what I love about the Ajah, there is no adaptation needed.

My ajah means a lot to me and I wanted to be able to give back after so many years. I was also curious. I am Brown.

It's been fun so far. Just sorta getting into the swing of things figuring out what I need to do. No big surprises yet.

'''How do you hope you will affect the Brown Ajah during your time as HoA?'''

Well I would hope the ajah stays mostly the same. We may not be the most active ajah but we have a dynamic that works for us.
I mostly want to make sure it keeps working and that we raise people who find us and fit into that dynamic.

This time the poll was about being able to read and walk.

===Do you read while walking?===

Heck yes, gracefully too 48% [ 13 ]

Yes, but I bump into things 37% [ 10 ]

No, I wish I could. Think of the efficiency! 11% [ 3 ]

No, I don't want to. 3% [ 1 ]

Elandria - I've been doing it as long as I can remember.. The first time I can pinpoint was during 6th grade though. Before that.. I can't promise anything.

Aloren - Yeah I read while walking when I am at home... I do that quite well as I know were everything is. (unless I step on a stray toy =P ) In school I used to walk and read but I would run into things and people.

Cassie - I don't read while walking often, but I've never had a problem managing it. I have excellent periphery vision so I can read and still see where I'm going.

Ismene - I can read and walk beautifully. It horrifies my husband. *snickers*

Darim - I wouldn't even try!

Dune, House Atreides by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson

Frank Herbert's Dune is one of the most acclaimed and classic Sci-fi series of all time.
When I read these years ago I enjoyed them greatly and until recently unaware of the books written by his son Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson.

So while I was looking for something to read in our house I came across copies of the prequels of Dune. I started Dune, House Atreides hoping that it had the same feel and writing style as the original series. I was not disappointed.

The book as well as the two after spans the generation before the first of the original Dune series. We come across familiar characters at a earlier point in time and with more depth into the events leading up to the original books.

Herbert's son does a wonderful job at capturing the depth and complexity of the original series, including the insightful quotes at the top of every chapter from historical figures in the Dune world.

Anyone who was a fan of Dune will enjoy the return to the Dune world and new readers could pick these up and then move on to the original series with some ease.

I wish I had found them earlier and look forward to reading the rest of the Dune books Frank Herbert's son has authored.

(sorry this review was a little short but I will try for a more in depth review next month)

I joined Brown as an Accepted (before guesting) back in late 2005 I think. I was raised to Aes Sedai in Brown at D*Con 2006.

What was your first position in the Brown Ajah? The first position I held in Brown was Sitter. I took over mid-term for Sela around the time of Anni 2007.

'''What made you decide to serve as HoA?''' I had served as Sitter twice, was Heart for Serenla twice, and so when she took the job as Director of Membership, it just seemed natural for me to apply for the job as Head. It didn't hurt that I like being in leadership roles.

'''How was being HoA for you, Do you plan to serve again at a later date?''' What do you think you brought to the ajah, how do you feel you affected it for the better? I loved being HoA! The best part was being able to help the Aspirants work toward Senior Membership. If I ever give up my job as Mistress of Revels (also fun when it's not stressing me out) I would more than likely apply to be Head again at some point. It really is a fabulous job to have.

What brought me to the Brown Ajah was meeting Browns in real life. I don't know if I would have actually chosen Brown if I hadn't met Naomi at my first D*Con. And I'm sure I wouldn't have remained if I'd not met several other Browns at 5th Anni. I don't know that being part of the Browns has really changed me any. It's given me a ton of friends, but I'm still the same person I was before I joined the site. I think that's what I love about the Ajah, there is no adaptation needed.

Well I would hope the ajah stays mostly the same. We may not be the most active ajah but we have a dynamic that works for us.
I mostly want to make sure it keeps working and that we raise people who find us and fit into that dynamic.

Elandria - I've been doing it as long as I can remember.. The first time I can pinpoint was during 6th grade though. Before that.. I can't promise anything.

Aloren - Yeah I read while walking when I am at home... I do that quite well as I know were everything is. (unless I step on a stray toy =P ) In school I used to walk and read but I would run into things and people.

Cassie - I don't read while walking often, but I've never had a problem managing it. I have excellent periphery vision so I can read and still see where I'm going.

Ismene - I can read and walk beautifully. It horrifies my husband. *snickers*

Darim - I wouldn't even try!

Dune, House Atreides by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson

Frank Herbert's Dune is one of the most acclaimed and classic Sci-fi series of all time.
When I read these years ago I enjoyed them greatly and until recently unaware of the books written by his son Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson.

So while I was looking for something to read in our house I came across copies of the prequels of Dune. I started Dune, House Atreides hoping that it had the same feel and writing style as the original series. I was not disappointed.

The book as well as the two after spans the generation before the first of the original Dune series. We come across familiar characters at a earlier point in time and with more depth into the events leading up to the original books.

Herbert's son does a wonderful job at capturing the depth and complexity of the original series, including the insightful quotes at the top of every chapter from historical figures in the Dune world.

Anyone who was a fan of Dune will enjoy the return to the Dune world and new readers could pick these up and then move on to the original series with some ease.

I wish I had found them earlier and look forward to reading the rest of the Dune books Frank Herbert's son has authored.

(sorry this review was a little short but I will try for a more in depth review next month)

===Time for congratulations!===

*Congratulations to Cariyad, Who was raised to Aes Sedai this September. Welcome sister! 
*Also to Elandria who as aspired to the Brown Ajah. Apparently we stole her during Dragon Con. 
*This month also has seen a change in Head of Ajah. Thank you Cassie for being and fantastic HoA and congrats and welcome to Adolla as the new HoA! 
*Rinwywn became the new Heart and Aloren the Mind. 

We had two bondings as well.

Rinwyn and Amarande bonded at D*con this year and here are pictures. Congrats you two may your bond last and bring you much joy.

===Shaoman Theme===

This year the Browns had alot of fun with the theme.

We went as a cat heard .. You know the saying 'Like herding a bunch of cats.' referring to a difficult task. Well The idea for using this our shaoman theme came from a quote from Cassie to Adolla about talking over the Brown Ajah.

"Condolences Doll! It's your cat herd now!"

It became an ajah joke so it being the theme was quite amusing. Here is a commercial that the theme was partly based off of.

*Dusty, the Head Librarian, and the Bit of Cheese

Dusty, the Head Librarian, and the Bit of Cheese

Once upon a time there was a mouse called Dusty that lived in the library of Tar Valon. Dusty, like all other mice, liked eating. He liked eating manuscripts, books, parchment and even the occasional scroll if he came across it. Needless to say, the Browns that were taking care of the library did not like Dusty much at all. They always ordered the new novices to try catching Dusty, but year after year, dusty got away from them, and year after year he kept nibbling and chewing, and chewing and nibbling on all the manuscripts, and books, and parchment and scrolls he could find. Then one day, the Head Librarian died, and after being very sad for a long time the Browns choose a new woman to lead them.

This new Head Librarian had always known about Dusty, but up until now she had been so busy reading, that she hadn’t gotten around to caring about him yet. She was over 200 years old, and she had decided that she would try to read everything she could find in the library, but now that she was Head Librarian she thought it was important that she’d at least give catching Dusty a try, and so she left her books laying on her desk, and went out into the library searching. Finally she came across a hole in the wall, just down on the floor, behind a book shelf, and sat down to wait. Just then, a novice came by, and put a mousetrap in front of the hole, with a little bit of cheese on it. The Head Librarian watched this with interest, and made a little note in her book, before settling down to watch again.

After a while the Head Librarian became hungry. She had, after all, been reading all day, and had simply forgotten to eat. She wanted to get something to eat, but she had promised herself to make a really good try at catching Dusty, and there was no novice or accepted in sight. Suddenly her eyes fell upon the cheese, and she could feel her stomach rumbling. Looking around, she snuck forward, and snatched the cheese of the trap. The trap went off, the way traps like that are supposed to do, and gave the Head Librarian a solid whack over her quick fingers. Muttering to herself about annoying novices, and deciding that she had better things to do, the Head Librarian pulled the trap of her hand and floated of to find a Yellow.

So how about Dusty you ask? Dusty still lives in the library, nibbling and chewing, and chewing and nibbling on every manuscript, and book, and parchment and scroll he can find. And so he will continue to do for the rest of his life, or until the Browns stop liking cheese, which I think we can agree, is quite as unlikely as Dusty ever grown tired of eating books.

The Browns at TarValon.Net are a wonderfully unique group of ladies. Many of the members are evil, like to corrupt minors on the side, or stay up partying all night constantly. There are many personalities all mixed together, but there is one common bond that holds everyone together: babies. The Browns adore babies, whether they are in stews, pies, or other tasty treats; the Browns have an unquenchable thirst for eating more babies. We pride ourselves on our thirst for baby flesh and alcoholic drinks and have started writing up little recipes for the ones we have the most interest in. (I make a mean Irish Baby Stew!) You can find the Brown Studies linked on our homepage.

As for up all night partying, just the other night one of our members was consuming large quantities of wine. That’s not even mentioning the ladies who were busy dancing on tables and luring unsuspecting folks to their doom. We’re constantly looking for new and interesting ways to flummox people with our Brown Outs. All the while studying folks like insects caught in a trap while we decide how best they can be used. Anyone who disagrees with us might fall victim to Brown Healing. This is where we beat you with large reference books. Trust me; it hurts us and the books more than it hurts you. We’re working on that little flaw. The Browns are a friendly and laid back bunch and you can always count on them to say something witty and funny.

I was on a trip to Phoenix, and finished my book on the way. I went to a bookstore, and saw The Eye of the World. It looked good. I was hooked.

I've been to several Spring Parties. The greatest thing about attending any real life function is getting to hug these friends you've only known through a computer for all this time.

The Princess Bride. Say Anything. The Lethal Weapon Movies.

The stupid things are legion. The craziest was picking up trash on the edge of the Grand Canyon. A girl was involved.

;Why did you choose Brown?
I guested with all the Ajahs, and Brown felt most like home.

;Are you like the Browns in the Books?
I have some of their traits, but as all the Ajahs are very stereotypical in the books, I wouldn't say I'm just like them.

;Do you love books and do you daydream a lot?
It depends on the book. I read a lot and love to research, but just topics that interest me. I'm definitely not a daydreamer, but I can become quite absorbed in my studies or the book I'm reading, and not notice what happens around me.

;How was your time as Citizen/Novice/Accepted?
I enjoyed all the stages.

;How long have you been a member of TV.net?
A bit more than a year.

;What things do you do for TV.net?
I've been helping with the Brown Bulletin, and also helped with my HoA. Mostly Ajah stuff, but I've taken part in many classes too.

;How did you get to read the Series?
I was in Sweden studying, and I wanted to read something in my mother tongue, Finnish. The selection of Finnish books in the Gothenburg library wasn't too big, so I ended up borrowing the EotW. But I gave it up as a bad book, because the translations were crap. Later I started again in English, and got hooked straight away.

;To whom are you bonded, if you're bonded?
I'm not bonded.

;Who is your mentee, if you have one?
I don't have a mentee yet.

;Who is your favorite character of the Series? Favorite Nation?
I like Mat and Tuon maybe most. The Seanchan as a nation are interesting, and so are the Aiel.

I've been to Euro summer party last August. I loved it, because it's nice to get to know people from different countries. I think people should come to TV.net functions because this is a RL-based community, and meeting is part of knowing people.

Classical. More spesificly tone colour and spectre-based music from the earlier part of 20th century.

;What are your favorite movies?
I don't go to movies much, but I've liked Kieslowski's pictures.

Can't remember...

I'm a flute teacher in a music institute.

No.

Finnish, English, Swedish, some German and a little bit Russian.

Yes, in the sense that I can be rather anti-social when I'm in the middle of a project or something I'm doing. I also have lots of spacey moments, a.k.a Brown Outs. :)

Yes and yes. They're two of my favorite pastimes.

;How was your time as Citizen/Novice/Accepted?
I was never a Citizen, because I joined before the rank was initiated. I had a few extended LoA's in my Novice and Accepted years, so I was there a lot longer than a lot of other people. I know that every time I came back, it was almost like starting over in regards to forum structure and getting to know people. But in the end, I made it here, and I'm happy I did.

;How long have you been a member of TV.net?
A long time. :P Since March 10, 2003... you do the math.

;What things do you do for TV.net?
I am currently a Sitter for Brown, as well as the Brown Ajah Bulletin Committee Chair. This means I am basically the editor-in-chief of our sort-of-monthly newsletter, the BAB.

;How did you get to read the Series?
My mom read the series before me. I first began reading it when I picked up "From the Two Rivers" at the young adult section in Barnes & Nobles, and then borrowed her books to finish it.

No one (yet). ;)

I did mentee Keara, who was recently Raised to Aes Sedai.

;Who is your favorite character of the Series? Favorite Nation?
I like Rand before he went crazy-ish and power-hungry. I've always identified a bit with the Saldaen girls.

I have attended some non-official Mitten Parties. I am working on going to an official party soon! Meeting people from the site is a really great experience, and everyone should go to a gathering at least once, if they can!

I like pretty much everything. Alternative, oldies, hip hop, country, jazz, classical... you name it, I'll listen to it!

I am currently a Teller at a Credit Union, and a full-time student.

My first language is English. I also speak a bit of Spanish and know a tiny tiny bit of Italian.
