The TarValon Times moved from the Department of Communication to the Department of Community Development, the rest of the functions of the Department merged with the Department of Research to reform the Department of Research and Communications.

Oct 2009

The position of Shatayan created as chief financial officer and finance spun out of the Department of Administration

May 2009

The Department of Philanthropy and Department of Events and Conferences moved out of the Department of Administration

November 2008

The Department of Real Life Services disbanded and its functions absorbed by the Department of Administration.
