Alcruna is a village in Tarabon on a river, with a bridge to cross it. When Pedron Niall had plans for Tarabon, he sent Geofram Bornhald into the country with instructions to go to Alcruna and receive his final orders. When he arrives, he learns that Questioners, under the command of Einor Saren, have “pacified” the village and thinks they are cold enough to kill an entire village and stupid enough to throw the bodies in the river
