Alesinde was the second Queen of Andor during the War of the Hundred Years, between FY 1020 and FY 1035. She was the daughter of Queen Ishara and Souran Maravaile.

She was the first Daughter-Heir to train in the Tower.

All of her sons died in battle, leaving only her daughter Melasune to ascend to the Lion Throne.
