Barmanes Nolaisen is a young Cairhienin nobleman and Camaille Nolaisen's brother. Like her, he is a member of Cha Faile.
He accompanies Perrin to Almizar. He is shocked when he sees four Seanchan carrying out something in a blanket, but Perrin tells him and the others that a man died of spewing beetles, nothing for them to worry about. Later, Barmanes pulls out the arrow that hit Perrin.
