Introduction post-"Welcome to Bel Tine's Garden Party!". Please expand to read more.

Days of cold, unforgiving weather had plagued Tar Valon. The Amyrlin and the other Aes Sedai had not been able to find a way to fix this. Crops that should have been planted were delayed and baby animals were all cooped up in makeshift homes. Things looked bleak for Tar Valon. Early one morning there was a cacophony that flowed through the streets. As everyone gathered to see what was going on they were suddenly blinded by bright colors and sounds. A group of Tinkers were descending on Tar Valon. They seemed to be dressed in lighter clothes and were dancing around without a care in the world. They came upon the East Garden and set up camp.

"What in the world are you thinking?" the Amyrlin exclaimed

"We bring the sun and warmth with us" the Tinkers replied

Suddenly bubbles poured into the East Garden.

"NOOOOOOO!" yelled Elanda "I told y'all you needed to re-enforce the door to the lab!"

As rainbows covered the Garden there was a sudden shift. Unknown to the Tinkers the Amyrlin had recently found a new ter'angreal that had not been inspected yet. A family of rabbits appeared out of no where wearing little jackets.

"Are you hear for some tea?" The one with a brown vest inquired
