General

Lady Belevaere of House Osiellin is a Cairhienin noblewoman. She is ten years older than Rand (TGH, Ch. 32).

She corners Rand at Barthanes Damodred's party and tries to flirt with him, but he backs away as soon as another woman, Breane Taborwin, enters the scene (TGH, Ch. 32).

Lady Osiellin is one of the nobles present when Elayne strips Arymilla, Elenia, and Naean of their titles, but is not quick enough to claim one of them (ToM, Ch. 50).

Relationships

She is married.

She does not get along with Alaine Chuliandred. They are about the same rank.

She thinks Rand is handsome and wants him to visit her. Rand is sure she thinks he was plotting with either Galldrian or Barthanes.

She is of lower rank than Breane Taborwin, who thinks of her as a spider.
