Bili al'Dai is a young man who lives on a farm with his family in the Two Rivers (TSR, Ch. 33).
He decides to join Perrin hunting Trollocs instead of going with his family to Emond's Field. Bili suggests that the hunting parties be led according to who is the oldest, which would put him, the oldest member, in charge; he is not pleased when Perrin says no to the idea (TSR, Ch. 33). Bili is killed when the hunting party tries to ambush Trollocs (TSR, Ch. 40). Perrin hears Hu al'Dai calling out for Bili when he returns to Emond's Field (TSR, Ch. 43).
