General
Bollin is a horse handler in Valan Luca's Circus. He is big and squint-eyed with a deceptively mild tone in his voice.
He and another horse handler are at the entrance to collect the money for the show from the visitors. As three Seanchan soldiers want to walk by without paying, Bollin tells them what they have to pay.
