Ailil Riatin: A noblewoman. She is the sister of Toram Riatin. She supported Elayne for the Cairhiening throne and Elayne decides to reward her for this

Alaine Chuliandred: A noblewoman.

Aldecain Damodred: A nobleman; the brother of King Laman Damodred, Moressin Damodred and Dalresin Damodred, and the uncle of Moiraine. He was killed during the Aiel War.

Aldred Gomaisen: A mercenary for hire. He is hired to help Elayne defend Caemlyn against Arymilla. He ends up turning on Elayne and is executed following Elayne’s succession to the throne of Andor.

Aldrin Caldevwin: A soldier. He holds the rank of Captain.

Alvistere: A novice in the White Tower.

Alwin Rael: A man who works in Lady Arilyn’s house.

Amondrid Osiellin: A nobleman.

Ander Corl: A man from Taien; he works as a bootmaker. He is married to Aril Corl. When the Shaido attack Taien, he manages to escape.

Ander Tol: A farmer who lives near the city of Cairhien.

Andil: A cook in the Sun Palace in the city of Cairhien.

Anvaere Damodred: A noblewoman. She is Moiraine’s sister and Laman Damodred’s niece.

Arel Malevin: An Asha’man who is loyal to Logain. He has bonded Aisling Noon. He survives the Last Battle

Aril Corl: A woman from Taien. She is married to Ander Corl. When the Shaido attack Taien, she manages to escape.

Arilyn Dhulaine: A noblewoman.

Arinvar: Warder to Sheriam Bayanar of the Blue Ajah.

Asan Sandair: An officer.

Ashin: A servant who works for Barthanes Damodred.

Barin Madwen: A man from Tremonsien. He was married to Maglin Madwen. He owned the inn The Nine Rings, which he left to his widow upon his death.

Barmanes Nolaisen: A nobleman. He is a member of Cha Faile.

Barmellin: A farmer from near Tremonsien.

Barthanes Damodred: The High Seat of House Damodred until his death. He was a Darkfriend.

Bassane: Warder to Merise Haindehl of the Green Ajah.

Bavin Rockshaw: Perrin’s quartermaster following the defeat of the Shaido at Malden.

Belevaere Osiellin: A noblewoman. She gains lands in Andor after Elayne strips Sarand, Marne and Arawn of their nobility

Berewin: A noblewoman.

Berowin: One of the Kin. She travels to Caemlyn with Elayne and company.

Bertome Saighan: The High Seat of House Saighan. He gains lands in Andor after Elayne strips Sarand, Marne and Arawn of their nobility

Boreane Carivin: A woman who works as a servant for Rand in Illian.

Breane Taborwin: A noblewoman. She winds up in Caemlyn, where she falls in love with Lamgwin Dorn. She leaves Caemlyn with Morgase and company and is currently in service to Perrin and Faile.

Cail: One of Kin Tovere’s apprentices.

Camaille Nolaisen: A noblewoman. She is a member of Cha Faile.

Caraline Damodred: The High Seat of House Damodred. She is Moiraine’s cousin.

Carewin Damodred: A former Queen of Cairhien. She was Moiraine’s grandmother.

Catrelle Mosenain: A woman from Maerone. She becomes pregnant by Daved Hanlon, who kills her when he finds out.

Catrine: A woman from Tremonsien. She works at The Nine Rings inn.

Cera Doinal: A servant in the Sun Palace in the city of Cairhien.

Ceri: A servant who works for Lady Arilyn.

Colavaere Saighan: The High Seat of House Saighan, and then briefly the Queen of Cairhien. Rand strips her of her lands and titles for disobeying him and attempting to take the Sun Throne. Following this, she hangs herself.

Corevin: A member of Mat’s Band of the Red Hand. He is killed in Ebou Dar when Elayne and Nynaeve go to retrieve the Bowl of the Winds.

Corgaide Marendevin: The Holder of the Keys at the Sun Palace in the city of Cairhien.

Cormanes: A man that Moiraine knew when she was a young woman.

Cuale: The owner of an inn named Defender of the Dragonwall in the city of Cairhien.

Daerid Ondin: An officer in Mat’s Band of the Red Hand, thought not a noble.

Daigian Moseneillin: An Aes Sedai of the White Ajah and a minor noble from Cairhien. She was bonded to Eben Hopwil. She was very weak in the Power. She was killed when Semirhage was freed.

Dairaine Saighan: A noblewoman. She is captured by the Shaido and made gai’shain.

Dalresin Damodred: A nobleman. He was Moiraine’s father and the brother of King Laman Damodred. He died sometime after Moiraine went to the White Tower.

Dalthanes Annallin: A nobleman.

Daricain Annallin: A nobleman.

Dena: A woman who wanted to be a gleeman. She and Thom were lovers. She was murdered by two of Galldrian’s men.

Denharad: A soldier in service to Ailil Riatin. He is the Lance-captain of her armsmen.

Denton: Denton is a minor Cairhienin lord, freed from the Shaido by Perrin. He refused to be a lord again and insists he is just a servant.

Derowin: A childhood friend of Caraline Damodred and Toram Riatin.

Desala Nevanche: An Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah. She goes with Pevara to bond Asha’man at the Black Tower.

Dobraine Taborwin: A nobleman. He is loyal to Rand. He is placed in charge of Cairhien until Elayne can take the Sun Throne.

Doesine Alwain: An Aes Sedai of and Sitter for the Yellow Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida’s Aes Sedai. She was one of the Black Ajah hunters in the Tower and is a supporter of Egwene after reunification. She was killed fighting in the Last Battle

Doile: A soldier in service to Bertome Saighan.

Doirellin: A Whitecloak.

Doirmanes: A nobleman. He is captured by the Shaido and made gai’shain.

Doressin Chuliandred: A nobleman.

Dormin: A man who works as a bootmaker. He is captured by the Shaido and made gai’shain. He swears fealty to Faile.

Eldrid Methin: A cook who works in the Sun Palace in the city of Cairhien.

Ella: A woman who works at an inn named The Bunch of Grapes in the city of Cairhien.

Elricain Tavolin: An officer.

Falton: A farrier. He accompanies Perrin to Ghealdan.

Fennel: A farrier. He accompanies Perrin to Ghealdan.

Galldrian su Riatin Rie: The former King of Cairhien. He was Laman Damodred’s successor. He was killed by Thom.

Ilain Dormaile: A banker who works in Tar Valon.

Innloine Damodred: A noblewoman. She is Moiraine’s sister and Laman Damodred’s niece.

Ivon: A knife maker who works in the city of Cairhien.

Jol: An apprentice to Kin Tovere.

Kasi: A cook who works in the Sun Palace in the city of Cairhien.

Kin Tovere: A lensmaker. He makes looking glasses for Rand and stays at the School of Cairhien.

Lacile Aldorwin: A noblewoman. She is a member of Cha Faile. Along with Faile, she is captured by the Shaido and made gai’shain.

Laman Damodred: The King of Cairhien during the Aiel War, which he began by cutting down Avendoraldera, the sapling of Avendesora given to the Cairhienin by the Aiel. His death marked the end of the Aiel War.

Latian: A nobleman who is a member of Cha Faile.

Lidan: A girl who works at an inn named The Nine Rings in Tremonsien

Lirene Doirellin: An Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah. She served fifteen years of exile, along with Tsutama Rath and Toveine Gazal. She was called out of exile by Elaida.

Lord Mavabwin: An influential nobleman who takes up Elayne's offer of lands in Andor, though he is forced to split with Lady Osiellin

Lorstrum Aesnan: An influential nobleman who takes up Elayne's offer of lands in Andor

Lyncon: A carpenter. He was captured by the Shaido and made gai’shain until freed by Perrin.

Lyrelle: An Aes Sedai of and Sitter for the Blue Ajah. she is one of the Aes Sedai to go to the Black Tower to bond an Asha'man.

Maire: A woman in service to Colavaere Saighan.

Manal: A ferryman who works in the city of Cairhien.

Mandevwin: A member of Mat’s Band of the Red Hand. He holds the rank of Captain.

Maringil: A nobleman. He is poisoned by Colavaere Saighan.

Master Dormaile: A banker who works in the city of Cairhien.

Matraine Colmcille: The apparent first king of Cairhien

Melavaire Someinellin: An Aes Sedai of the Gray Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida’s Aes Sedai.

Meneril: A nobleman.

Meresin Daganred: A nobleman. He is also a Lieutenant in the army.

Merilille Ceandevin: An Aes Sedai of the Gray Ajah; she is aligned with the rebels. She is sent as an emissary to Queen Tylin of Altara.

Metwyn: A member of Mat’s Band of the Red Hand.

Mistress Beldair: A cook who works in the Sun Palace in the city of Cairhien.

Moiraine Damodred: An Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah. She is also a high-ranking Cairhienin noble and is the niece of King Laman Damodred. She was held captive in the Tower of Ghenjei until rescued by Thom, Mat and Noal.

Mother Caredwain: An herbalist from Tremonsien.

Nerim: A man in service to Talmanes Delovinde. Talmanes sends him with Mat when Mat goes to Salidar.

Nerion: A nobleman. He is a member of Cha Faile.

Noren: A man who accompanies Perrin to Ghealdan.

Olver: A young orphan boy. Mat takes him under his wing.

Pevin: A man who carries Rand’s banner. He is killed in battle.

Reale: A woman in service to Colavaere Saighan.

Ries Gorthanes: A man who attempts to learn about Moiraine’s affairs in New Spring.

Seaghan: A man from the city of Cairhien. He owns a performing hall.

Selande Darengil: A noblewoman. She is the leader of Cha Faile.

Semaradrid Maravin: A nobleman.

Seonid Traighan: An Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah; she is aligned with the rebels. She is bonded to Teryl Wynter and Furen Alharra. She accompanies Perrin to Ghealdan.

Sheraine Caminelle: An Aes Sedai who is captured by the Seanchan and made damane. She is now owned by Tuon and is completely loyal to her.

Stevan: Warder to Demira Eriff of the Brown Ajah.

Tal Nethin: A man from Taien. He worked as a saddlemaker. He managed to escape from Taien after the Shaido attacked it, but later died when he tripped and broke his neck.

Talmanes Delovinde: A nobleman. He is a Lieutenant-General in Mat’s Band of the Red Hand.

Taringail Damodred: The nephew of King Laman Damodred of Cairhien. He married Tigraine Mantear; following Tigraine’s disappearance, he then married Morgase Trakand. He is the father of Galad (by Tigraine) and Elayne and Gawyn (by Morgase). He is now dead.

Tavan: Warder to Careane Fransi of the Green Ajah.

Temaile Kinderode: An Aes Sedai of the Gray Ajah; she is also a member of the Black Ajah. She was been captured by Elayne and company and killed while trying to escape.

Tiedra: A woman from the city of Cairhien. She owns an inn named The Great Tree.

Toram Riatin: The High Seat of House Riatin. He was the brother of Ailil Riatin. He was a Darkfriend and was killed in Far Madding.
