The Citizens, along with the Junior Members and Unaffiliated Senior Members, formed a super group based on Disney's 1997 motion picture hit "Hercules". They won the Group Theme, Logic Puzzle, Membership Group Bel Tine Cup, and Kallarn Lo'Vosh, won Spirit of Bel Tine.

Hogwarts Houses:The House of Old Lore
The overall theme was Hogwarts Houses, so the Citizens chose to found the House of Old Lore. The inspiration behind this was the original, grimmer versions of well-known fairy tales.
