General

This Department was created in august 2006 when the Department of Research and Communications was split into two separate departments. It focused on all communications within and without the community. It focuses on relaying information about The Wheel of Time, Robert Jordan, and ToR to our community, as well as information about our members. This Department is responsible for the content and release of our monthly news publication, the TarValon Times, which includes information about the series and our members, from personal information such as graduations to site-related information such raisings. It was disbanded in 2009
