Endara Casalain was governor of the province Andor under Artur Hawkwing, and the daughter of Joal Ramedar, the last King of Aldeshar. She abdicated and knelt to her daughter Ishara as first Queen of Andor, though when Rand hears this story from Elenia Sarand, he thinks to himself that he doubs the transition from Endara to Ishara was as smooth as it seems.
