Eram Talkend is a nobleman from Andor. His sign is a golden, winged hand (CoT, Prologue).

Eram supports Elenia Sarand for the throne of Andor. Bashere spots his banner and many others about a league from Caemlyn, where Arymilla, Elenia, Naean, and Nasin are laying siege to the city (CoT, Prologue).

Eram is not mentioned in "Knife of Dreams", but because of Arymilla's loss to Elayne, it can be assumed, if he is not dead, that he is either one of Elayne's prisoners, or with Jarid Sarand, who was not captured, and whom Elayne thinks will cause trouble for her (KoD, Ch. 33; Ch. 35).
